Beside the basic structure (offices, classrooms), the training facilities (based in La Spezia, Genova and Ravenna) and the permanent assets (equipment, support boats) the HydroCAT school boasts a strong support from the national diving organizations, boards and diving companies :ANPS (Associazione Nazionale Palombari e Sommozzatori – La Spezia), CNS (Cooperativa Nazionale Sommozzatori – Carrara), DRASS – Galeazzi (Livorno), aFCL (Formazione Cooperazione Lavoro – La Spezia), GSO (Geo Sub Operazioni – Bologna), RANA (Diving & Marine Contractor – Ravenna), Submariner (La Spezia), Technisub (Genova). The official magazine and newsletter is "I. R. MARE" .
The former HydroLAB organization (1978 – 2002), i.e. the Italian national professional diving school and offshore training centre based in Genova and La Spezia (Thyrrenian sea) now includes HydroCAT (Consorzio Accademico Tirrenico) The following scheduled courses are being held on a regular basis :
