Karlskrona : Annual Meeting 6 to 8 September
Part of his year’s meeting will be held in the Swedish Naval Base in Karlskrona, and as everywhere these days security has to be considered. It would help our hosts – The Swedish Armed Forces School - If those of you who have not already registered do so as soon as you can. Details are in the January IDSA News, and will be in the July issue – a Registration Form is attached to help. We still have copies of the Leaflet and Registration form already circulated to all members, if you would like more copies please mail the administration and they will be sent immediately - as the more that are given out to interested people and organisations the better for IDSA.
In accordance with article 10 of the Constitution the Secretary and Treasurer of the Association are due for Election at the meeting. Dag Wroldsen (Secretary) & Mark van der Esch (Treasurer) are willing to continue in office, any other nominations should be forwarded to the Administrator by 1 August – nominations will neither be accepted after this date nor at the meeting.
The Board welcomes Agenda items for Members, and items should again be forwarded by 1 August. It will only be possible to discuss items received after this date at the Chairman’s discretion under ‘Any Other business’.
IDSA News No 18 - July
All being well the July Issue 18 of IDSA News will be distributed at the end of the month to include the information about the Annual Meeting. Apart from containing news from members etc the purpose of IDSA News is to spread awareness of the Association to as many people and organisations as possible. Please consider the members of your staff, students and other organisations and people who have an interest in Diver Training, and let me know how many copies you would like – there are plenty available, so don’t hesitate to ask for many - the more the better ! It will save postage to send copies in bulk to each school in one mail shot - a Box of 50 is an economical package.
Remember, if you are attending an Exhibition or Conference it is an excellent opportunity to distribute copies

Stickers
We still have quite a few stickers now at €20 for 50 stickers. There are a very useful advertising tool, so please order some and give away as many as you can.
