We are a Commercial Diving Company situated south of India established in 1982 by Indian Veteran - Neel Underwater Services and our sister concern NEEL DIVING ACADEMY was started in 1998 as a Commercial Diving training center. We provide Diploma Certificate in Commercial Diving approved by Govt. Of India And Also Underwater Welding certificate " Class "B" from Indian institute of Technology (IITG) as well as IR class.
